----------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- Magda ------ Galvez: took eight years to successfully practicing the profession of Coach.Cual is your philosophy of coaching?
Fernando Saenz: I think the coaching clearly has to do with creating new possibilities, to narrow gaps between current circumstances and the desired outcome, helping to enhance the resources of individuals, teams and businesses. However this may be seen as a series of techniques for effective management, or recipes for good living. I believe that coaching is much more than that. The practice of coaching is a very different operational space to frame basis. My understanding of coaching is based on humanistic grounds, guided by the recovery of the enjoyment of doing whatever we do, being autonomous and responsible. Humamos beings are primarily social beings, as we experience pleasure when we meet others in the authenticity and trust. This is a meeting where we anchored legitimate without fear of disappearing into the other's presence. When that happens spontaneously generate commitments larger than the current circumstances, in the charm of doing things together, without the need for leadership of the classic manipulative maneuvers focused on reward and punishment. Part of our current culture is carried out in the requirement to reach more and more in a background of continued dissatisfaction. We have lost well-being of daily life, and we have created a way of living that hurts us, because it is contradictory to our social essence. This coexistence arises psycho-emotional space from which paves the way for the assessment of the appearance or ego, so much bitterness that brings to our living.
Magda: Can you get an example of this culture?
