Why the mote that is in thy brother's eye and you do not notice the log that you have in yours? First remove the plank from your eye, and then see clearly how to remove the speck from your brother's eye. "
This is one of the tests and lessons more difficult to overcome for the aspirant to the higher life: Do not judge or criticize others. We are too used to see the flaws and criticize others without realizing that we all make mistakes all day, then, criticism and the judge is not only done through words, but mostly it is the thought .
Our consciousness tells us when we criticize and judge us negatively and usually indifferent to their advice and reprimands without realizing the evil that we are making to the development of the Ego. It is important to know that the person does not tend to criticize it is because in his previous life has worked to overcome this stage, we (spiritual aspirants) we are more or less there and we must be always aware of not to criticize and judge, especially for not being a bad example for others.
esoteric teachings say that insight or logical reasoning support is the best candidate to evolve into the lower worlds, so we must practice primarily observing everything we do and everything that surrounds us, but always taking reasoned and logical conclusions.
course is not so simple because we must always remember that the observation will be used only to stay with the facts that encourage us to do good, to see the positive and never do a destructive criticism. If you ever have to do this must be done in a constructive way (see the positives of fact or person), because the critical points defects and how to remedy is the foundation of progress, but destructive criticism vandals destroying for no purpose is an ulcer of the character that should be eradicated as soon as possible.
Discernment teaches in an impersonal way that is good and what is bad, especially if mixed feelings and do it with the pure intention to seek the good in all evil. The review and the decision to take over an object or idea is a must, do not miss the opportunity to increase our spiritual development with the best of ourselves through our will.
If we do see the negative, we increase the mental atmosphere of the place where we are, we increase negatively impact our mental atmosphere which is reflected in our aura. This means that negative criticism, we sow evil and affecting people around us, when we judge others and criticize them, we send our thoughts and feelings in the form of arrows that seriously affect the person being criticized. But the worst thing is that, those same thoughts we come back to us (under the Law of Cause and Effect) and give us back what is ours, but increased. Moreover and most importantly, we are affecting the mental atmosphere of the planet, and therefore all people who are put on the same line of vibration.
understanding and tolerance play an important role in the discernment not to criticize or judge, to put ourselves in the position criticize that person who is too, but I think it is even nicer, try to see the good in everything that we believe is wrong.
