- The coaching appeared in Argentina in the hands of three streams: in 1992, the first overseas coaches trained by Julio Olalla and Rafael Echeverria. Participants experience ITBA led by Fred Kofman, during 94-96. And the first official training driven by Elena Espinal, and in 1998 Jim Selman. These first three lines have been intertwined, from isolated and emerging disciplines, a profession that struggles to be recognized.

- When I was certified as a coach in 1999, was a rarity to talk about coaching. Maybe it is not covered in their multidimensional society that is the coaching, but it is familiar.

- coach not only because it is a facilitator of learning processes. Professional Coaching is a particular way of being (be + action), and a system of professional collaboration, you need a training process that gives operational coherence and validity criteria. So a teacher, a choreographer, a personal trainer, consultant, manager, psychologist, are valid as such in their areas of competence, but not "professional coaches." Notably, the only coaches to train as coaches, they are not teachers, choreographers, psychologists, etc.

- I learned to:

• Keep me respect for myself, and acceptance of others, where both legitimate anchored beyond our preferences.


• to give up the spaces not me desirable, and to be authentic and autonomous in relation to what I want.


• Adopt look to the future not as a function of the past, but as a function of the commitments I make in the present.


• responsibility and detachment control means accepting that I do not have access to an independent reality that we become the observer.


• And especially the plasticity to co-construct the most intimate and beloved.

And this is a constant path, ending the day my biology apart. I professionally with coaching and I can serve large corporations, leaders, managers, teams. At 32 years I worked as a coach with 34 organizations, but above all I could be a means for others to choose to adopt the look and actions to enable them to live in the pleasure of doing what they do, achieving results that had resigned or just even been encouraged to dream.
